Tuesday
We worked on Big 10 Round 6 Day 4.  We practiced problems from Unit 2 before we completed our Unit 2 Self-Assessment.  Finally, we worked on discovering scientific notation and how it works.  However, we didn't get very far into scientific notation and there was no homework.  I know, bummer!

11-17-14
Monday
We worked on Big 10 Round 6 Day 3.  We went over our answers to Practice 7-2 #1-12; we did not take a grade on this, though.  It was strictly for practice from Friday.  Students received their quizzes back that they had taken Friday over dividing powers (Quiz 4).  And later, we took notes that summarized exactly all we have learned since beginning Unit 2.  Hopefully, students will use their notes to continue to correctly answer questions regarding powers.
