Today we ended Round 6 of the Big 10 Challenge by completing day 5.  Students were told to take their last quiz (for which they were given the correct answers) home to study (Big 10 Quiz 5).  Hopefully, they do well on the quiz.  They will need to answer 4 of the 10 questions correctly in order to earn 100%.  Next, we continued to discover ideas about scientific notation and have now learned how to convert scientific notation to standard form.  Today's assignment was  p. 367 #1-12.
