Fall sports are underway now. Get a physical and go out for Cross Country.
Cross Country is a great sport for everyone of all fitness levels. You'll never regret getting into great shape, and cross country will help you do that. Practice begins as soon as school begins--right after school until 4:30 or so. Don't worry if you're not prepared; just get to the next practice. We would love to see lots of students participate this year, so go out and see what it's like. Remember: it will get easier. Don't give up and keep working hard to improve. Can't make everything? That's okay, too. Coach Shelli McNeil will work with your schedule.
