Today students worked on a computer adaptive test for 8th grade math. The average 8th grade score for an 8th grader is 230.2. I encourage students to share their scores with family. I also encourage students to set personal goals for the next time we take the test at the end of the year. The way that we use the results is to measure growth from the beginning of the year to the end of the year. I am excited to see lots of mathematics growth from the fall of 2014 to this coming spring 2015.
Tomorrow we are going to grade the assignment that we've been working on all week, broken down by the skill required.
